Michael R. Schuyler was named Entegra’s Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Schuyler served as Entegra’s President and Chief Operating Officer since the company’s inception in 2005.

Mr. Schuyler has over 25 years of industry experience and has served in a variety of senior executive roles during his career. These roles have included corporate responsibility for establishing and leading TECO Energy’s energy marketing and trading organization, as well as leading the business development function for the independent power business at TECO.

Mr. Schuyler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
